Cancellation and Refund Policies
At Faccia, we strive to be as thoughtful and accommodating as possible. In order to best serve our clients and respect the time of our providers, we have established the following policies. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
Waitlist
While our schedule is often full, we are deeply grateful for the support that has allowed us to grow. To help more clients be seen as efficiently as possible, we have implemented an automated waitlist through our online booking system (appointments can be reserved up to 60 days in advance, with new days opening daily).
If your preferred appointment is unavailable, you may add yourself to the automated waitlist. Please only select times you are willing to commit to, as the system will automatically book you if a spot opens. For this reason, we strongly recommend keeping all notification settings turned on. Once an appointment is confirmed, all of Faccia’s cancellation policies will apply.
Cancellation Policy
To allow us adequate time to accommodate clients on the waitlist and to respect the schedules of our providers, all cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours will result in a late cancellation fee at the value of the full service. Members will forfeit their membership fee for the month.
Three reschedules of the same appointment will also be considered a cancellation and will incur the appropriate fee.
Being 15+ minutes late, late cancelling, or no-showing 3+ times may result in losing booking privileges. Memberships and/or future appointments may be automatically canceled by our system without notification.
Any outstanding fees must be settled before future services can be scheduled.
We kindly ask that appointments be treated as firm commitments rather than placeholders, as they impact not only our team but also other clients eager for availability. The fees are in no way a punishment, but a means to respect and compensate our provider’s time and commitment.
Please note: text and email reminders are a courtesy provided by our booking system (MINDBODY). We encourage you not to rely solely on them and to plan accordingly.
Our cancellation fees are not a “penalty,” but rather a way to ensure fairness. They allow our providers to be compensated for the time reserved and create space for clients on the waitlist. While we always assume positive intent and understand that life can be unpredictable, these policies allow us to continue serving our community with consistency and care.
Lateness Policy
Arriving more than 15 minutes late is considered a late cancellation and will result in a $100 fee. The appointment will need to be rescheduled.
If a provider’s schedule permits, the appointment may still proceed, but the service will end at the originally scheduled time and the full price of service will be charged.
Refund and Exchange Policy
Products: We are unable to accept refunds or exchanges on products once they have left our facility.
Services and Memberships: All treatments and memberships are non-refundable.
Gift Cards
Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
Memberships
Memberships are month-to-month and may be canceled at any time with a 30-day notice prior to the next billing cycle. Members are responsible for scheduling and tracking their appointments.
As a courtesy, we allow one month of rollover value, which can be applied to a product purchase or treatment upgrade the following month. Please note: rollover value must be used in full during that month; partial balances cannot be carried over.
By booking an appointment or purchasing a product, you agree to all publicly stated policies.
Faccia is a privately owned business and reserves the right to refuse service at any time. Disrespectful or unsafe behavior toward staff, including virtually, may result in immediate refusal of service and future booking restrictions.
