Pigment Specialista - Virtual Protocol

$1,850.00

Pigment Specialista | Virtual Protocol

Advanced pigment correction. Personalized protocols. Professional oversight.

If possible, in office is preferred. However, this is designed for those unable to make it to our Washington, D.C. location.

Pigment correction is not one-size-fits-all. The type, depth, distribution, and severity of pigmentation all influence how the skin should be treated.

Our Pigment Specialista is an intensive, professionally guided corrective program designed to address stubborn discoloration through a customized peeling protocol and a carefully curated homecare regimen.

While we strongly recommend undergoing this treatment in-studio whenever possible, we recognize that not every client has the ability to visit Faccia in person. Our virtual program makes this advanced treatment accessible to eligible clients who are prepared to follow the protocol with the same level of care and commitment required in our treatment rooms.

This is not a traditional at-home peel. It is a comprehensive corrective program incorporating multiple potent active ingredients, typically two professionally guided virtual treatment appointments, and approximately three months of prescribed homecare.

Professional oversight is mandatory throughout the process.

Step One | Purchase & Mandatory Skin Assessment

Following your purchase, and before scheduling your first virtual appointment, please email ciao@faccia.co with the following subject line:

VIRTUAL PIGMENT SPECIALISTA - YOUR NAME

Your order cannot be curated, approved, or shipped until we have received and reviewed your email submission.

Your email must include:

1. Three photographs of your bare skin

Photographs should be taken in clear, even lighting, without makeup, filters, or editing.

  • One photograph facing straight ahead

  • One photograph showing the right side of your face

  • One photograph showing the left side of your face

2. Your complete current skincare regimen

Please include the brand and full product name of everything you currently use, organized as follows:

  • AM Routine: All morning products listed in the exact order of application.

  • PM Routine: All evening products listed in the exact order of application.

  • Additional Products: Anything used outside your daily routine, including weekly masks, exfoliating pads, scrubs, peels, spot treatments, or products used intermittently. Please specify how frequently each is used.

Please be as thorough and descriptive as possible.

Your photographs and current skincare regimen are essential to understanding your skin, evaluating your pigmentation concerns, identifying potential incompatibilities, and determining the most appropriate corrective approach.

The information you provide directly influences the products selected for your personalized protocol. Every product included has a purpose, and thoughtful preparation is essential.

Step Two | Professional Review & Approval

All orders are subject to professional review before fulfillment.

In addition to your photographs and skincare regimen, a health history and contraindication screening will be required to determine whether this treatment is appropriate for you.

Depending on your skin's condition, treatment history, medical considerations, or other relevant factors, we may request additional information, recommend preparatory skincare, require medical clearance, or determine that an in-studio treatment is more appropriate.

Purchasing this program does not guarantee treatment eligibility.

If we determine that the virtual protocol is not appropriate for you, your order will not be fulfilled, and your payment will be refunded for any products or services not provided.

No treatment packages will be shipped without receipt of the required email submission and professional approval.

Step Three | Your Personalized Protocol

Once approved, your Pigment Specialista program will be curated specifically for your skin.

Your package includes a professional-strength corrective peel protocol and approximately three months of supporting homecare products, thoughtfully selected to complement your treatment and support your skin throughout the corrective process.

Your homecare regimen is not an optional addition. It is an integral part of the treatment itself.

Every product has a purpose. Every instruction has a reason.

Your regimen must be followed in the prescribed order, at the prescribed frequency, and for the full duration of your program unless otherwise directed by your Faccia provider.

Step Four | Your Two-Phase Virtual Treatment

For the vast majority of clients, Pigment Specialista is a two-phase corrective treatment, requiring two professionally guided virtual appointments approximately 4–6 weeks apart.

Each phase serves a distinct purpose, allowing us to approach pigment correction progressively, assess your skin's response, and make thoughtful adjustments along the way.

Your First Appointment | Initial Correction

Your first virtual appointment is the most comprehensive.

During this session, your Faccia provider will guide you through your initial peel application and provide a detailed walkthrough of your personalized homecare protocol.

Together, we'll review your treatment instructions, skincare regimen, necessary precautions, and expectations for the weeks ahead.

This appointment establishes the foundation for your corrective journey.

Your Second Appointment | Refinement & Results

Your second virtual appointment should be scheduled approximately 4–6 weeks after your first treatment, depending on your skin's response and your provider's recommendations.

This phase focuses on evaluating your progress, addressing residual pigmentation where appropriate, and refining your results through a carefully considered second treatment.

Rather than simply repeating the same approach, we reassess your skin and determine what it needs at that stage of correction.

Both appointments are essential components of the program for clients prescribed the two-phase protocol. A second peel application is performed only when professionally determined to be appropriate.

Your Three-Month Homecare Commitment

Although the active corrective treatment typically takes place across two appointments, your personalized homecare regimen extends for approximately three months.

This continued care is essential to supporting your skin throughout the corrective process, maintaining progress, and helping protect the results you've worked toward.

Pigment correction doesn't end when the peel does.

Mandatory Scheduling Requirements

Your first virtual peel application appointment must be scheduled within 30 days of receiving your package.

Your second appointment should be scheduled approximately 4–6 weeks after your first, according to your provider's instructions.

These are live, professionally guided treatment appointments, not introductory consultations.

Do not independently apply the peel, repeat an application, or modify your corrective protocol without explicit professional authorization.

Failure to schedule your initial appointment within the required 30-day timeframe constitutes a violation of the program's participation requirements and may result in permanent ineligibility for future purchases through Faccia, including restrictions associated with your customer account, payment method, and shipping address, subject to applicable law.

Your Commitment | Non-Negotiable

This is a serious corrective treatment, and we expect every client to approach it accordingly.

Strict compliance with your prescribed homecare regimen is mandatory. No outside skincare products, substitutions, additional treatments, or unapproved active ingredients are permitted during the protocol. Period.

The effectiveness and safety of this treatment depend significantly on your adherence to the instructions provided.

Deviating from the protocol can compromise your results and increase the risk of adverse outcomes, including irritation, prolonged inflammation, worsening pigmentation, and other complications.

Consistent communication, diligent homecare, and adherence to professional instructions are essential throughout the approximately three-month program.

Faccia reserves the right to decline, postpone, modify, or discontinue treatment when professional judgment indicates that proceeding would be inappropriate or unsafe.

Beautiful Results Are a Collaboration.

We provide the expertise, professional guidance, and carefully selected formulations. You provide the consistency, communication, and commitment.

Pigment correction is a process, not a single application. It requires patience, precision, and an understanding that what happens at home matters just as much as the treatment itself.

This is an investment in your skin, and one we take seriously.
